Just for your information:

 

Domain name is the web address of your website, for example, mydomain.com. And pop3 email account is an email account that you can access either through web interface or email client like MS Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird etc.

 

While web hosting is the space needed to save your website in the web server. The more files you have and the bigger your files are, like photos/images, the more web space you will need. And the more people visit your website, the most bandwidth you will need too (this is like toll fees in the virtual highway). But for static web pages, usually free hosting or budget paid hosting is good enough to handle all this.

 

And of course, if you have too many photos and thousands of visitors every month, then we really should go for this, perhaps the dynamic package is more suitable then.

 

Please note that the domain name and web hosting need to be renew on a yearly basis. The price changes but currently domain name for .com is approximately RM35+- and web hosting is approximately RM200+-.

 

As for our process of web development, is very straight forward.

 

Step 1:

Write your content and send it to us. Your content should be according to your package. If 3 pages, please write your content up to 3 pages in MS Word.

For 5 pages:

Main page - welcome message/introduction

Should be the same as 5 pages, and the remaining pages should be sub pages for your products/services page etc.

 

And if you are going for the 5 or 10 pages package, you also need to decide on what domain name you want. We will check the availability and if not available, we will advise you.

 

Step 2:

We will give you a few sets of ready layout template to choose from. Layout template is the design of the website.

 

After you have selected your preferred template, we will work on that template. Touching it up to match your content and your logo etc.

 

Step 3:

After we have done with your website, we will send you an online fully functional demo for to you check it out. If you are not satisfy with the content placement or wanted some changes, we will do it until you are satisfy.

 

Step 4:

Once you have approved the demo website. Done, we will collect payment from you. And for 5 and 10 pages, we will then purchase the domain name and web hosting for you (these are third party products). We will then upload your website to your domain. Done.

 

Maintenance:

If there is a problem, we will debug it. If you have a question, we will answer it. If you want changes after hand over to you, we will also do it as long as it is not a major change.
